The store was jam packed with people doing their Christmas shopping but the staff appeared to have everything under control, the lady that served me was very helpful and efficient.

I really like that this shop still has a boatload of books and hasn't gone completely into gifts like alot of other whitcoulls which seem to be more toys than books. I bought a few summers reads from here and they were really cheap.

Excellent store, I was shocked at the variety of gifts they had, no longer just a book store. Very tidy. Great customer service, did not have to wait to be served. Visited 22 Sep 2017

Great shop, wonderful layout, but a bit pricey I guess. Not much than other stores, but still would be a bit nice if the prices were lower!

As a homeschooler, I always visit this store to purchase educational products from here. They have the best range of activity books, flash cards, stationery etc and the lowest price in NZ.
