Great shop, and quite a large shop so they have heaps of products to choose from. Good selection of books and stock lots of popular authors. Good arts and crafts too. They seem to have pretty regular sales and clearance sales too :-)

Large store with great big aisles. Lots of toys which the kids will love and lots of art and craft stationery/ products and very low prices. Love this shop as the kids always leave happily from here.

Really friendly, gentle staff and a great selection of books, cards, and stationary. I love how the Top 50, Joans Picks, and New Releases are right by the door so you can always see what's new. It can be expensive compared to online book shops but there are often special deals where you can get good discounts!

A decent whitcoulls which is handy inside the mall. It doesn't have a huge selection but sadly the bookshop is a dying breed nowadays.

Good selection of kids books and some toys, bit hard to navigate some sections of the store with a pram. Need to consider this especially around the kid's section where things were stacked on the floor at the ends.
