Really awesome and with the improvements they have made

OK so lots of noise and huge malls aren't really my thing...so forgive my declared bias. I visited over the "quiet" new years period to find hoards of people, screaming babies, running children etc. The mall design amplified the noise. There were excellent shops but very unclear directions about which part of the carpark to use to access the near point of a store. This became apparent when I had to haul my very heavy Christmas tree back to my car and I had parked in the furthest away parking space.

Really good range of shops at this mall and pleasing to see a place where they built UP a bit and not just OUT so you don't have to walk for miles to get from one store to another.

That being said I feel like some of the signage is lacking. It can be unclear for some of the carparks seeing as some of the entry/exit seem to be half way between floors. Likewise one of the toilets which seems to be marked as a changing area is not a regular baby changing room but rather a changing room for people with disabilities - but it's not clearly marked at all. Arriving there with a baby in need of a change only to find it locked with an access card needed to enter is pretty frustrating as a customer.

I've seen people complain about their app and parking - basically just register the app before you go and you're sweet for 2 hours free parking. You can even set alerts in the app to tell you when it should buzz you to let you know it's time to go (before parking runs out). So again it's a signage issue - as the "2 hours free parking" is actually "as long as you used the app on the way in" which trips people up

Had great fun here. The new shopping precinct is great, and the Level 4 eating area and children's playground is a relaxing and inviting environment after a few hours shopping.
