Never clean i the pools and changing area. Give it a wide birth these days.

This place gets super busy.
You could be waiting in the queue sometimes too long to even enter.
They do have few options to consider from plus a slide.
Pricing is ok, bought something on discounted price from them, nice spot and free parking at the front.they could do few new things there but still not that bad.
Gym, classes, cardiovascular activities, swimming practice, sauna, spa, kids pool, normal pool, slides, jumping, family area so you name it and they mostly have got it. Closer to my home.

Kids love these pools! Definitely need to pick your time to go - any time after 10am on the weekends it's pretty busy and not as pleasant.

The fact that its free for children is a good concept, but the pools get full all the time that there is usually a line out the door for people waiting to get in as they're full. The place here is really stuffy inside, like you literally cant breathe, and staff seem unengaged.

We've been coming for the kids swimming lessons for 7 years and they've been great. Taken into account timings of lessons so both children can swim about the same time and changed teachers easily when requested. The family changing rooms do get busy though & don't go when there is a swim meet on or other activity as the carpark is always full.
