Warehouse Stationery

This is a great one stop shop for all things stationary and then some. Have gotten lots of craft gift sets here and they have a great selection of paper in all colours and thicknesses. The copy centre can get very busy, so that slows the checkout time down, but the staff are usually on top of things and try to juggle things. Think that they should separate the two so that the staff can focus on one area and not be distracted.

Placed an order for photos through their Printicular site. Never got an email to say they were being printed (as the website says they would). We tried ringing the store multiple times to check up on the order and were actually hung up on TWICE. After calling other Warehouse Stationary stores to try and contact this store (and to no avail) we finally got through only to find they hadn't started the order. They then said that the pictures were being printed right away and would be ready in 20 minutes, and after arriving 30 minutes later there were only about a quarter of the pictures printed. They then said that there was trouble with the machine but they would be done "soon". Anyway, after all this mucking around and waiting another 30 minutes in-store, we only ended up with a third of the pictures we sent to print. Will NOT be going back here and definitely do not recommend using their printing service to anyone else. Very disappointing service.

Store is well stocked and clean. Prices are a bargain for the items that are on sale.

Great store conveniently located in Newmarket. A good range of items and very reasonable prices. Staff are helpful. Store is clean and tidy.
