They were very nice when I was there when I had babies. But when I went there for my child it wan't so. I was told to go there immediately by my midwife and she informed the hospital before we arrived but they did not prepared or even did not set up the equipment for my baby quickly. It was very frustrating and disappointing. They seem always short staff maybe every hospital is like that in NZ.

excellent facilities in this hospital and great staff.We were very happy with the service provided in the emergency department.Highly recommend

Old and tired facilities. Like all our state run hospitals. Staff were ok, but they were so stretched, that i didn't recseive that great a quality of care.

We attended ED Pediatrics when my daughter was sick. The staff were excellent, competant and friendly during this stressful time.
