      Had to take my mum there to get her SIM card changed for a new phone. The staff there were very helpful and best of all the new SIM card was free!

      Changed to Vodafone internet service recently. Quite disappointed when changing from the previous company to it. The phone number recorded was incorrect so internet wasn’t provided on time. I believe the system can be run better with more careful and diligent staff. Can’t wait to see the improvement.

      I was at this westcity store to purchase a top up for my phone. There were 3 staff in the store.One of them is serving the another customer. So I waited. No one acknowledged. Two staff keep talking private conversation . Then I came up to them with my queries. No apologised or smile. Bad customer service.
