      I bought a sim card from here to use overseas. I came in and asked if I could cancel the plan that I was on (which was always my intention) and the staff member told me I could just call the Vodafone hotline to cancel. Had to sit on the phone for 30mins because they weren't prepared to do it for me in store (it was a late Friday afternoon). This was disappointing.
