Customer service Is great had a few problems with my phone and they sorted it right out

Ive had no issues with the vodafone ninjas in store, and always get lovely, quick and accurate service from them. The call centre however, ive not once had a single phonecall that ive made to the call centre, and finished the call satisfied. Im always disappointed because I cant tell if the information ive been given is accurate. I usually call a few times with my same query, and im told something different each time which is frustrating and makes me wonder why I keep calling. If you want good service, go and see someone in store, dont ring.

These guys were really friendly and helpful. It made choosing the right phone fun and easy.

Customer services #777 didn't answer after 2 mins on a Saturday morning. Average service.
