Have been coming here for years and am extremely happy with the level of service and professionalism I receive each visit. The staff are friendly and have excellent communication when it comes to booking appointments. Love the magazine and coffee that go with my appointment!

The most shambolic organization I've ever dealt with. I tried them because they have bought out Hue, who used to color my hair. Over the space of three days they wasted hours my time and in doing so almost prevented me from being able to get the job done that I needed before the thing I needed it for. In trying to contact the overall business to ask about getting my hair colored, I was given multiple different facts about which salons could do the job, by different people I called. In the end someone told me that I would have to drive to the other side of Auckland to get a job done and that it would cost up to $230. After contacting me the next day hours before my visit to say that the specialist was sick and would be unable to do my hair and I'd have to book for the next day, I then drove out to a messy, chaotic salon in Botany, that felt like a cramped and poorly run factory. When my hair dresser came to me, she was surprised to hear that I had been told on the phone that I could have my hair colored blue in one go, and told me it was a two session process and that it would cost me over $450. I had only booked their unappealing salon in desperation as they had told me they could do it the day before they actually could - and in fact once I arrived there, couldn't anyway. I had an important job interview the next day, and due to their dishonesty, poor communication, ridiculous processes and unwillingness to compensate or make it right when they had misinformed me and caused me so much inconvenience, I was extremely lucky to find another hair salon who kept their salon open a little late to fix up my hair as I wanted - and they did a beautiful job of it - in one go, and for half the price - or, the price I had been quoted on the phone by Vivo, but which had doubled when I drove all the way out to get the job done. Overpriced, incompetent time wasters.
