Valleygirl really need to improve their customer service, I think they need to have a training programme (pretty sure they don't) because the staff never greet you when you enter the store and are always talking amongst themselves instead

Went to the St lukes store as I was not impressed with the Queen St store and experienced service with a smile! These girls know a thing or two about good customer service and the store was very well appointed.

My favourite store, the prices are cheap and very stylish. But don't see many around like i use to always have to search the mall before heading out as im not sure if they are still open. Great store to come and get professional and going out clothing they are cheap and you will never be disappointed its hard for me to leave this store empty handed
