When you need to lift your spirit and revive your mind call into Urban Soul Cafe, located in the heart of Manukau City. We are open 7 days a week for breakfast, brunch and lunch. We are also open late on Friday nights with a set menu available for dinner. Our menu offers a delicious range of dinning options, which change to reflect the current season. On Friday nights we have live music, and drinks specials starting from 6pm. We offer catering for your function or special event, and also provide venue hire including set menus and cocktails. Great place to catch up with friends/family/work colleagues and enjoy delicious fresh food in a beautifully designed cafe with lovely staff. I love the variety of food to choose from, amazing vegetarian options and great coffee :)

Nice muffins and scones, home made with only "real" ingredients. Very welcoming with good service. Don't miss the desserts, again everything is real and you can tell! Good prices and coffee too.

Very famous cafe in Manukau. Food was absolutely delicious for a reasonable price. Coffee was not too strong, absolutely perfect. Service was outstanding. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Great customer service and a great location and there's plenty of car parking spaces.
