When you need to lift your spirit and revive your mind call into Urban Soul Cafe, located in the heart of Manukau City. We are open 7 days a week for breakfast, brunch and lunch. We are also open late on Friday nights with a set menu available for dinner. Our menu offers a delicious range of dinning options, which change to reflect the current season. On Friday nights we have live music, and drinks specials starting from 6pm. We offer catering for your function or special event, and also provide venue hire including set menus and cocktails. Great cafe that is central and easy to access when having to meet clients in South Auckland. Just off teh motorway. Food is great and a wide variety but unfortunately place is noisy. You really have to tuck yourself away. Plenty of people use this though for business meetings.

Awesome staff great coffee. Just like my local in the heart of Welliington. Highly recommended

One of the best cafes in Manukau. The atmosphere is really light and airy inside. They also have a nice covered outdoor area. The food is healthy and reasonably priced.
