The place is spacious, clean and has good service. The downside is the lack of options on the menu. I ended up getting waffles, with nutella. Coffee was good as well.

Have had coffee here a few times - the staff are very accommodating and the coffee is very good.

Excellent venue. I highly recommend Up cafe For family gatherings or just a bite to eat in the busy CBD.I always try my best to get into Up cafe when I am in Auckland, when I walk in the city slows down and I feel relaxed food is always amazing and staff are super friendly from the moment you walk through the door.

Up Café is situated within the Sebel Quay West Auckland. It is run by warm and friendly staff, who if you are dining with small children, will go out of their way to assist you. The food is excellent, and they will tailor to your kids taste buds too. I recommend the steak and the fish main meals.

Came here with a friend for coffee awhile ago. The service was very fast and friendly. The coffee was very nice and at an affordable price. We also got a couple of slices which were nice, tasty and sweet. Good location
