Umi Sushi

one of the cheap sushi in town but i am not very impressed with the fried stuff they had. the tempura was a bit soggy probably been out for a while. but generally its average price sushi with mediocre taste. nothing too special but good for a quick fix.

I wasn't much of a sushi fan until I stumbled upon this place. Now I am hooked! The have the most amazing selection of not only traditional sushi pieces, but all these other amazing & different creations like BBQ tofu skewers, deep fried sushi, kumara tempura, broccoli balls, etc. (I am a vegetarian). They also do awesome red rice sushi pieces, something I have never seen before. And it's all SO delicious. I have only been to the Takapuna Umi Sushi but I am sure they are all much the same. Not your conventional sushi eatery. It's the best!!

Didn't like the taste of the food. Staff are not friendly and very busy. Hard to find parking.

Wide range of sushi to choose from. Delicious and fresh sushi. We loved the location it was very easy to locate. The staff were very nice and very polite. The place was clean and tidy.

Picked up a selection of Sushi over the weekend for a family lunch and everyone loved it. The food is fresh and tasty, the service is always friendly.
