Otara Branch took advantage of me. Different prices from different staff.
The worst of all is the put off the wheel alignment, prior alignment its straight. after they worked on its poor job and the steering is not straight, did go back to change it but the staff who work on did a dodgy job and work on alignment 3-4 times. its a waste of time and money.
will never go back again.

I was pleased with the service as well as the professionalism with the business after reading some rave reviews online After they found the faults they went into some great details about my car which I bought in October last year carefully explaining to me the cause and what may have happened and along the way were transparent about what they were going to be doing with my car. I have definitely found my new mechanic service and being close to where I work its just convenient to come to them with any issues I may have. I will be booking them again very soon!
