Tony's Lord Nelson Restaurant is one of Auckland¿s oldest surviving restaurants established over 38 years ago. We have a unique and beautiful setting with private booths for intimate dinners downstairs, and open spaces upstairs which cater for bigger groups and parties. The impressive menu which includes seafood, venison, lamb, chicken and our WORLD FAMOUS steaks will entice you and leave your mouth watering! You will be tempted by numerous dishes and narrowing down your final choices will give you a minor but enjoyable headache. It is difficult to eliminate many of our exquisite dishes due to their ongoing popularity. This is the result of the long successful history of the Lord Nelson Restaurant. Our night in Auckland saw us hunting for a steak. Tony's Lord Nelson meet all the boxes with Steak and vegetables all cooked perfectly presentation good service team fantastic..... Couldn't tell from outside so looked at reviews and not disappointed. Thanks for great dining experience

The place is stunning. It has so much character. The staff were amazing, friendly and so helpful. My steak was cooked to exactly how I asked for it. I really felt I was looked after.

Hadn't been here for over 10 years and it was still the same! Warm friendly atmosphere with lots of good choices. My steak was cooked well although the potato side was 3 little slices of a potato bake. The entree selection was good. Was a pleasant meal

Went here with friends and it was a bit dated but quite nice food. I decided on three different entrees rather than a main meal. The scallops were cooked well, calamei sish was good and the beef kebabs were a nice medium cook. Good for central city.
