- We have been proudly been servicing the auction requirements of Auckland for over 35 years. We have progressed from having an auction every Monday to Thursday's and Saturday's too. We have Damaged Freight and Police on our Thursday nights which include many others. We have onsite auctions at various locations, depending on client's requirements. You must register to receive a bidding number, when buying through auction. All purchases acquire a buyer's premium of 15% plus GST. It is up to the purchaser to do their own due diligence, as all items are as is where is. We ensure the descriptions are accurate as possible. Our staff are happy to assist. Specialising in House Lots, Deceased Estates, Antiques & Collectables since 1976. As well as holding regular auctions on Mondays and Thursdays, and speacialty auctions at various times. Thorntons also holds an Antique & Collectable Auction every Public Holiday Monday (excluding Christmas). Thornton Auctions are Auckland's complete package for reliable liquidation & disposal options, providing services including: Weekly public auctions, receiverships/liquidations, estate clearances, onsite auctions, valuations, speciality auctions. We do 2 auctions a week Monday and Thursday from 6.00pm - Monday we view on Saturday from 9.00am till 1.00pm and again on Monday from 9.00am - Thursday viewing is on Thursday from 9.00am till the auction starts We are open: Monday and Thursday from 9.00am till the auction is finished Tuesday/Wednesday 9.00am till 4.30pm Friday/Saturday 9.00am till 1.00pm Please visit our website for more information or contact us today to discuss your requirements.
