I love shopping at The Warehouse. Parking is always good. However, shelves are looking extremely empty lately.

The staff is very helpful on the service desk. They ordered in another bbq for me after the first one was missing parts. The bbq came in really fast and they even delivered it to my house.

Don't order anything breakable to be delivered to your home or business...it's always going to be broken, and you're always going to get a huge delay when trying to get them replaced...and then sometimes the replacements are broken. *sigh*

Very small store and difficult layout. Also hard to get in and out of the store back on to Elliot street through the different stairs/escalators. Good location especially for travellers or people staying in cbd
