Large store, departments well spread out over spacious interior. Used 'click and collect' as the most convenient way to shop.

Birkenhead shopping centre location has friendly staff who are always happy to lend a helping hand when you're looking for something specific. They do have a habit of moving stock around, though. Just when I think I know my way around - things have been moved again! Especially in the toiletries section...

Lovely big store, staff helpful when I can’t be find things. Recently discovered the necessities brand of cleaning products, cheap but great and cheap dishwasher tablets too.

Good variety of products, nice to see a full range of women's clothing. Customer service good, little bit slow though
