The new format of the store is amazing. They are getting bigger as a company with the recent buyouts. Their customer service continues to be great

This doesnt really feel like a warehouse store now that they have renovated, it has a nice clean look to it, set out very nice.

Lovely store, awesome helpful staff. Such a big store with loads of variety and you don't feel like everything is squashed in. Definitely recommend you visit if you already havent

I visit several Warehouse stores on the Shore each time I am in Auckland visiting family. Last time I went here I needed some itemsto do a last minute diy bridal bouquet and somethings for my sick husband. I found the new layout confusing. Couldn't find a lot of basic products that I wanted (such as tissues). I also could only find 1 option for a ribbon when other stores have many options.

The Warehouse is laid out nicely, since they have renovated.
They have friendly staff, ones who have been there for a long time which is nice to see.
