      Booked at very short notice, made very welcome at check in, we were given an upgrade and the room was very nice, clean and tidy and included a small cheese platter
      The extra effort was very much appreciated and as always the entire staff were friendly and efficient

      This is a beautiful new hotel located in Manukau. What a nice hotel, the staff are very friendly and very polite. The lady that checked us in was very nice and welcoming. The location of the hotel is not inviting though, it’s hidden at the back and the parking area is quite dark. The rooms were nice though, the bed was comfy and they had a nice comfy sofa in the room. We had a nice buffet breakfast and it was delicious!
