The Kimchi Project

This is a great korean fusion restaurant. The food is beautifully done with a modern twist. Every single meal we had was very good. I really enjoyed the fried chicken, the bulgogi stew was the best I've ever had, the Korean pancake was so tasty and the chocolate parfait was delicious -not too sweet and the dehydrated mandarins added some nice crunch and texture. I would also recommend the kimchi waffle fries - they lived up to the hype.

Sweet service. Ordered chilli chicken fried rice and Southland salmon with honey ginger tea. Tasted really good for a raw salmon. Loved the tea serving style. Although thought was a tad expensive. Other than that everything was good. Had a nice time.

Fantastic decor and dining areas. The staff are professional in their manner, and the menu is lovely with lots of variety. My favourite dish would be the calamari risotto.

Good Korean fusion restaurant if you are interested in this type of thing. Very good ambience and environment and hospitality. Taste of food was mostly above average and quite pricey, although to be expected. However the Fried chicken dishes were genuinely amazing. Highly recommended.

Nice flavours and great ambiance. Would love to taste more of its korean side though.
