The Computer Warehouse

I have only dealt with this business once, and it was enough. I was personally sold a new power supply from unpriced shop stock, but realised later that day that it wouldn't suit the computer (3 January 2015). It was also over twice the standard going price elsewhere, and the eftpos sale came with no proper tax invoice. When I tried to return it unused and shrink wrapped for a refund from another city, I received no replies to emails, the phone lines never get picked up (try them, you'll see) and so I personally called again. Two staff stonewalled me for five minutes. They can sell me anything in the store, but are not authorised to give refunds. That special job is for Sahil? a mystery person who hardly ever visits the shop. Richa Sharma runs the website promo and the TradeMe ads for this shop, but she also refuses to give refunds. Good luck if you are dealing with this outfit - your cash goes in, but it never comes back out if there is an issue.

Reasonable price. Good service. Staff gave good advice to repair my laptop m. Got good discount as well. Highly recommended

I have to say that when I took my samsung galaxy s5 in to computer warehouse it was playing up they gave me a charger and it didn't work so I went back to computer warehouse and they gave me a new one for free to replace the other one which didn't work so really pleased and thankfull for the great service I experienced. Thank you Computer Warehouse.
