Great body shop store. Recently I wanted to buy some skincare products that were on specials which were out of stock online and most of the stores.I phoned this Albany store and they had the products that I want. So I asked them whether they can hold those products for me as I can come only in the weekend. The girl who answered the phone was very friendly and said she can do it. And I went there weekend and they already packed my items and only had to do the payment. Great customer service.

I received a lovely gift basket from here from a friend. I had to go have a look and wow what a lovelt shop. The variety is lovely.

Ducked in here the other day while Christmas shopping and the staff were very helpful in picking something out for that hard to buy for person. It's also great to see that they are no longer owned by Loreal and are truly cruelty free again.

They have a nice variety of gift baskets and the way each basket is wrapped makes it a perfect gift idea. The shop is nicely laid out too.

Great place to buy good products, always a go to place to buy my mother and partner gifts. They have really good quality products for the right price. Shopping is no hassle.
