Caring staff and easy to get to location, had a mani here and was very pleased with the result!

I have attended this business on a semi regular basis. The service is not worth the money you spend, while the environment is very nice, some of staff are not in the least bit friendly. However the worst aspect of the Art of Nails is the poor job they do with your nails. I have used a manicurist for over 20 years and I know what good service is. So many times my nails have poorly filed. Uneven lengths, not shaped the way I had asked. When I raised this with my technician there are always excuses .... but this happens on a regular basis. Often I've booked for an appointment I am left sitting for an extended period of time until someone comes and removes my SNS or attends to my needs. Overall the service is poor, I would not recommend them and now ... I no longer visit. I have found a salon in Ponsonby that is cheaper, more friendly and they do an excellent job on a consistent basis!

Nails were done really well. Customer service is great. Prices are good considering the quality.

My wife went here to get her nails done the day before our wedding. She had the most relaxing time. The staff really take care of you.
