Usually I come in to grab things for my friend's cat but the other day I adopted a few hermit crabs and needed more things (suspiciously after the cat knocked over their tank by accident). They were super helpful and I was able to get everything I needed for my hermit crabs. Nothing was a problem.

The animal shack has now closed and has not been relocated. This is disappointing as the children loved visiting this store to see the pets and pick up toys for the aminals at home.

only been in here once, staff were happy to assist and answer my question. the pricing is reasonable and there are plenty of onsite parking

Friendly, knowleable and helpful staff. The animal all look to be in good health.

Nice clean pet store with helpful staff, plus the puppies they had on sale were really fun for my children to play with. If you need any advice on pet food, collars or toys then just ask the staff as I have always found them helpful.
