      You can't beat the location, beautiful, looking over the beach. I love sitting on the deck on a warm day.

      Personally craved avocado but guess it’s too expensive for them. So i got a granola which was in fact good and my friend got a french toast with an extra charge of $7 for two bacon strips. Lowkey disappointed at their frenchtoast with it’s little portion and display. Would think they could work on it a bit more.

      Takapuna Beach Cafe is certainly a 5/5! Very beautiful location, light and airy decor right next to the beach. Amazing brunch menu and absolutely fabulous treats and ice cream from the store. Try the salty caramel ice cream or the vanilla honey one - a pure delight!

      Always great food which is probably why it's always busy. Right on the beach side it's a great location too. Try their deconstructed hot chocolate.
