I worked here for three years and the security was great. The staff at the mall are easy to deal with, but the mall itself is suited for hard core shoppers that dont mind spnding the whole day there to shop. Its very large and long and so its very easy to get frustrated when your looking for a specific shop. There are two sides, but only one food court which isnt even in the middle but on one side so it can be annoying having to hike all the way too the other side of the mall for a good meal when youre on the wrong side. I absolutely LOVE the Hoyts theatre though. Can get busy but easy to find parking and a grwat cosy theatre to enjoy a movie.

This mall had all the shop that I need, I probably can't go through all in a day. Such a big mall!

Love how spacious Sylvia park is and that they have every single store I want to visit. Parking is an issues on busy days though. Love the new restaurant additions such as Mexico and Hawker & roll

Not a place for quick visit. Pace yourself and allow plenty of time to enjoy the huge array of shops and food places that cater for all ages, budgets and choices. The food court is great offering everyone a good choice to cater for individual likes. Decent eating area. Heaps of parking but I still recommend getting there mid morning to ensure you get one. Love the fact the train stops right outside too so if that's your mode of transport, you don't need to worry about a park. Just have to worry about all your purchases that you will have to carry back with you. Never left here without a few purchases. Also having Pak n Save in the complex is a real bonus.

Sylvia park is absolutely massive. I love coming here but I find myself spending hours and hours just looking around. Such a wonderful place to come although it can be quite hard to leave
