Good range of bags and always seem to have a sale on! Staff are very friendly and give great advice to assist with your choice! Have just purchased a wallet and will be returning to get some luggage for our next holiday

A really lovely bag and luggage shop. The prices are good as is the variety. The staff were lovely when we needed to do an exchange.

Have both good and poor quality items - you can tell by the price. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Purchased a suitcase and when got home an hour later realised it had a slit (like from being cut open with box cutter). Was a hassle to return! Only wanted to swap for one that wasn’t damaged but I was made to feel like I had caused the damage

My go to store for bags/purses. Their regular promotions allowed me to buy my favourite designer brand. The very friendly staff member thoughtfully packed my purchase which made it seem even more special. Great parking nearby.

The customer service in the store is good. The staff are friendly and approachable, willing to help. The one thing I dont like about the store. Is the untidy presentation that it can get into. The store can have bags all hanging off the shelf. Which doesnt seam to me to be very inviting to want to pick up the product and buy it . The product quality is good. Where the bug let down in this store is the presentation of the store as a whole
