My niece demanded a Trunki for her birthday as a gift. Trunki was hard to find so I offered her to get her a car yu on suitcase which will last longer than the Trunki. She was happy with the offer. I tried few other establishments but finally found one that she loved right from this store. There was a surprise gift with it too. Staff was good as usual and price too. One happy person as my niece with another person being a bit lighter on the wallet, lol, I mean me but no one s fault though, lol.

Large range of all types of bags. Have bought quite a few bags from here in the past including a suitcase. Quality was ok but if you buy their cheaper items the quality definitely reflects the price.

I ordered my suitcase online and chose the option to pick it up in store. When I got there they had the case stored behind the counter so nobody else could get it. The staff were extremely friendly explain features of the bag, warranty, etc.

I would definitely go back I had a great experience the customer service was great and the quality of the product is fantastic.
