      Honestly the best Spark store i have been too there are so many staff there to help you out and they are very busy and loud but they get what you want done. i went in to get the phone repaired very easy and quick. They also gave me a very good loan phone till mine gets back not many places do that which is awesome

      Had a really great experience at Spark Queen St when buying a new phone recently. The lady serving me was super personable, efficient and very informative. This branch is not overly busy despite the central location.

      My wife and I went there and waited for 20 mins. None of the staffs came to us. When we asked they simply replied we are busy now. You must wait!!! They were speaking about their family issues. So we left the shop. So unprofessional and no service!!

      Great store. Staff were quick to serve me and then listened to what I needed then made the changes to my plan right there and then and had the confirmation text of the changes before I'd even had the chance to leave the store. Thank you
