      As a loyal telecom customer for over 20 years, I continued my support with Spark. Sadly though, I feel the company hasn't got the same commitment to customer service as in the past.
      I find the prepay app full of issues and not at all user friendly. I've had endless frustrating issues with email and spark haven't been supportive despite many emails.
      I just think they've dropped the ball. Sorry spark but that's my opinion.
