      A nice little compact store with everything you need to help set yourself up with calls, texts and data here in New Zealand. When we picked up overseas family from the airport here the other day, we stopped by at this Spark store and got them quickly sorted with a new sim card and cheap plan, to help them stay connected the whole time. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we were in and out in a few minutes. Definitely recommend!

      Due to a cancellation of my evening flight because of bad weather, it meant I had to stay overnight until the next morning for my rescheduled flight. The staff were so helpful and went over and above the call of duty to help me out and reassure me (I was extremely upset, had no extra clothing, no phone charger etc....extremely unprepared for this turn of events). After some tears, a few phone calls, a borrowed phone charger, a cold glass of water and a box of tissues the staff got everything sorted for me.
      I would highly recommend this hotel. Excellent customer service, gorgeous rooms with great amenities and so close to both the domestic and international terminals. A little pricey but sooooo worth it!!

      Staff have always been super friendly and courteous when staying here and the location can not be beaten if staying prior to catching flights. Can be a little expensive but totally worth it! Would recommend.
