      I had the high tea in the restaurant here and it was overall pretty good. Nice views of the viaduct, and felt very fancy. The food was so so, some pieces seemed a bit dry/not fresh. For what it was, it was pretty expensive. Overall still good, but not my first choice for high teas in Auckland.

      The conference attended was in various parts of the hotel including the wine cellar which had a bar. The food provided was tasty and the antipodes water was a nice touch.

      Fantastic location. Great service and very friendly staff. The cleaners were brilliant in the morning too - didn't even wake me up at 10am and got to check out late for free!

      Sofitel isnt as well known as some of the other hotel chains, but my stay was the best and very comfortable. From the moment we drove our car in, we were treated like a queen and king. Reception staff were lovely, we were walked to our room and asked if we needed anything. We got room service, and the views from our room were absolutely breathtaking! Id love to come back again.
