Smiths City Wairau Park

Amelia said to see Smith City close down as this is one of my favourite stores to stop at the best place to buy whiteware

I intend to buy an iPad here so I enquire via email, told them to order in for me but didn't receive any update. So I called in after few days to check if they actually seen my email and proceed, but the lady said need to check with her manager. I was on hold, but she came back with nothing for me and said will ring me back. Gave my number, waited and waited but didn't receive any calls. Don't understand how they do business. Even if you don't have stock you should have the courtesy to inform customer who's really interested in buying what you sell!
