Shamrock Cottage Café

Love this place. Although busy at times you seem to always be able to get a seat. The range of gluten free food items must be one of the best in Auckland. I ordered the chilli fish cake and a luxury muffin, fantastic. The fish cake comes with decent size salad. Also try their breakfast, it's big and the bacon is exquisite.

Return visit and making a reservation for the family but could not get through. Phone number on this site is wrong so check out their website for the details. Such a lovely spot and staff very friendly.

There's always a steady stream of people coming and going from Shamrock Cottage, so I decided to drop in one day. The place is small, but this is part of the charm. Their food and service is top, and I enjoyed my visit. I'll go back one day when the Auckland weather means I can sit outside.

Sumptuous coffee and extraordinary decor are the hallmark for Shamrock cafe in Howick cockle bay, will recommend as one of the best coffee places in east Auckland for a brunch or coffee catch up meets.

Some great gluten free options here. We made a reservation, which was just as well as the place was Chokka block when we arrived.
