The rating i gave is only for their bags in the shop. the lady who served me on 12/11/17 she was so rude, she has no smile and not a welcoming approach. Her name is Nicola. She was the worst lady I saw. We have also asked her if everything was OK, she replied very rudely. I hope if it was not for the item i liked, i will never go back to that store again.
Bad customer service.
