We ordered a special beef soup...OMG was a knockout. Have had lots of beef pho around Auckland but this one was really nice and rich. A deep colour but still quite clear and it had a thin layer of fatty oil on top of it like it had been made from some intense stewing of bones and goodness.Worth to try. Will be back.

Went with a group. Good service, food was nice, so was dessert. No this is not fine dining, but it's fun dining!

Excellent food to be enjoyed at Sam Woo every time.
The service is great and food service is always impressive considering everyone from all over Auckland tends to come here!
My favourite indulgence lately are the curried prawns and gung pao chicken. The spring rolls are a must order every time!

Have eaten at Sams many times. Great food with friendly staff. No atmosphere but I go for the food . Out of the way in Otahuhu but worth the trip,BEST value !! Richard
