Currently there are Propertyscouts 16 licensees (franchisees) in throughout New Zealand and 1 in Queensland, Australia. Ryan's role is to support the growth of the Propertyscouts franchisees and provide technical support as well. Ryan Weir spoke at our Growth Membership webinar held on the 25/5/22. Our Growth Membership is made up mainly of Property Management business owners who are focused on building and improving their businesses. Ryan made an excellent presentation on How To Win New Business When Your Competitors Are Undercutting You. Ryan spoke in detail about why businesses shouldn’t discount fees and the advantages of maintaining fees in order to maintain a quality service.
