      Royal Oak Mall is a bit tired looking; but it has a small selection of different businesses which cater to a wide range of needs - ANZ bank, Whitcoulls, Pak n Save, Unichem Pharmacy, various cafes, food court (with sushi, thai, indian) T&T childrenswear, $2 shop are all the ones we visit. There's also OPSM, florist, ladieswear, manufacturing jeweller, shoes, real estate, indian grocer, TAB, Subway, Hell Pizza, McDonalds, tailor, key cutter.

      This is a great local mall with good disability parking right outside which is convenient. Great having a good number of shops all under the one roof. Also has underground parking with a lift which is helpful.

      Decent little shopping space. Major stores present there. Pak n Save is the most important one here. Parking can be a hassle on weekends as it becomes busy.

      As mentioned, they have a smallish car park in comparison to some which can be annoying when in a rush. Stores aren’t too updated so just standard mall stores, Banks supermarket which is fine but probability best to go else where for more selection
