Roses Are Red Florists

Awful customer service, flowers don’t match photos shown –instead read yellow flowers were sent. When asked them to change to red, owners preferred to refer to Terms & Conditions (who reads them while ordering flowers for birthdays?) rather fix the problem and keep customer happy. Forget about refund – ended up with the bunch of unwanted flowers for $75.

Birthday balloon is a joke – kiddy size while offered for adults. Really upset with this service and will not recommend it to anyone, look up for other providers!

This was the first time I've used the floral delivery service. It was very difficult to find a florist who have coloured orchids and these guys had them. I organised an orchid delivery to be sent to my parents for their wedding anniversary. Their online service made it very easy to organise and they also communicated throughout the delivery process.

Excellent service. The delivery is done always on time along with a lovely butterfly added to the bouquets and plants. Highly recommended!

A great place to buy flowers during special occasions for friends and family. I like coming here when I need to pick up some flowers for my special person. Also is cool they do gimmicks during special occasions aswell, like chocolate roses during valentines and that.
