Very tidy store and although they did not have what I was looking for ( deck stylus) they offered to order one for me and suggested other places I could try

Great place. All the storepeople are keen to help and will drag heavy amplifiers across a room one by one just to help you out. Wide selection of basses, bass amps and bass gear. Great for bassists.

Came in here looking for guitar strings. Staff were music enthusiasts and knowledgable about the products. Walked away with guitar strings best suit for purpose and was happy with my purchase.

This store is awesome and in the sense that they do late nights on Thursday and Friday till 7 pm, which is good. Easily accessible as very good location by the mall and train stop.
Caters to all kind of people or customers and pricing is as is but negotiation can be tried to see if they would offer any deal. Right now they do have some kind of special sale going on store wise.
