I bought 2 x slide showers with dumpers. 1 was installed about 4 months ago and already has had 1 x repair and replacement on the slider done. The shower head kept falling down. The problem has now reoccured again and I am not happy about it. I have requested a refund to buy another superior better quality brand but have been told no by Robyn at Robertsons and they have just submitted another service request. Which I expect I will have to wait for again with a shower head that doesn't stay up for another couple of weeks. Do not buy from this company, the components are inferior and bad quality and they refuse to accept it. They didn't even bother to try and check why it failed last time and just sent me an email saying they do not know why this keeps happening and to make sure I am pressing the button in properly! If the thing won't stay up, why am I needing to press the button in!!!!!!?????? Just give me a refund of the shower slider and the cost of replacing it. Do good business Robertsons!
