I have been let down by tradesmen in the past so naturally I was abit worried which was a waste of time. Paul Toa was on time and so professional and polite. And the lovely Hayley on the phone ever so professional. Thank you Regency for your excellent service. You are an epitome of customer service. An excellent job done by Campbell Winter. An unsuspected gas leak was found & fixed promptly. A new hot water cylinder was added to the job & installed quickly & efficiently. Friendly staff & we thought very cost effective. Thank you Regency Plumbing; we will definitely use you again & recommend you to our friends.
