We needed to buy exercise equipment. We asked a man to help explain the difference between products but he said no, because all the display models were broken. Another lady saw that we wernt be helped and she came and was wonderful! Super helpful, knowledgeable and able to be create instant rapport with my mother. Unable to find shoes for my daughter (second time I have been in looking for her) as again stock was very limited. Lots of staff at the shoe section but I felt awkward interrupting their conversation so I asked for help at the front desk. I ended up having to again buy shoes for her from another store.
