Great place to take your old watch for repair. They really know their stuff here. Friendly team.

I took a watch to be repaired. After working on it they rang to say they hadn't been successful but suggested options I could take. When I went to collect it they wouldn't let me pay for the work they had done as they hadn't been successful. Where else would a craftsman not require payment for work undertaken. I will return.

The guys worked hard to source the replacement parts for my watch. This is the second time I've used them and both times they've been excellent. Great service and value for money.

In response to my review that the business owner flagged, mysteriously a new review appears claiming PWC to be the greatest place since sliced bread. Prior to my experience I thought that too. My review summised that the workmanship back of house was great but the front of house experience was extremely extremely poor. Suffice to say will not use this 'business' again after this poor experience.

Had heard great things from this place so I had to give them a go when my favorite watch broke! They were absolutely amazing had my watch fixed and back to me so quickly it was like I was never without it. The staff are amazing and friendly here and provide excellent service and great value for money.
