Cheerful service from two ladies there today. I called up to see if they had an item in stock, which they did, and they placed it on hold for me. It was a fantastic bargain as well.

Love the range of clothes however it's quite hard to find what you are looking for. There Henderson Westcity branch is quite small so everything is squished in and its hard to maneuver throughout the store. Staff are nice though.

The price of clothes here was good & clothing is of a reasonable quality for the price. However, I am really dissapointed with their returns policy. I tried to swap over some clothes my son was given by a relative for his birthday in early January but because it had been purchased before Christmas (to avoid Christmas madness shopping) I was unable to swap items for bigger sizes that would actually fit him. 2 weeks returns policy is not good enough especially as I was just going to swap the item not return it!
