PO Brothers

I dined in at Po’ Brothers in Ponsonby as I had been wanting to try this eatery our. From my entrance I was warmly and hospitable greeted and shown to a table of my choice and immediately supplied with water which I requested a bottle of sparkling.

The restaurant was very stylish looking with black walls and Asian lantern embellishments throughout. The menu was Thai & Isaan inspired and I ordered the blossom prawn rolls with Japanese sesame sauce and the Som Tam salad with grilled chicken and sticky rice, Thai hot. Both of my dishes were delicious, fragrant and vibrant with clean herbaceous flavours. The stand out dish was my main which transcended me to heaven! The service was excellent and prices were great. I did notice how popular this restaurant was by constant UberEats pick ups. Highly recommended!

Went with the family and the staff and service were absolutely fantastic. The food was on the too salty side though. Have previously ordered takeaway another time and remembered it tasting better somehow.

Went for dinner with a couple of friends recently and it was so good! The food was amazing and also fantastic service. Will be back for sure!
