Furniture was great style and quality.
Staffing needs to get to know their specials. Was disappointing when the TV advertising said one thing and the staff say another.

Horrible customer service and rude staff! Quality of furniture is crap, would rather spend more money on good quality furniture and service. I purchased a mattress and bed set from the Wairau store, and in less than one year the mattress was tearing as well as the furniture was peeling, on-top of that they gave us the wrong screws for the bed frame which split the wood. It took me several emails and numerous calls to get through to the store and to customer service. They received my emails but just didn't bother to email or call me back regarding my issues with the furniture.It took more than 3 months for them to sort it out, even then there were more issues getting my furniture replaced. None of the staff new what was going on in their own store, and they didn't even know about their own discount prices.Which I had to call other stores to confirm that there was in fact discount prices on the furniture we wanted to replace. Very confused and rude staff members. I genuinely urge people to stay clear of any of these stores as they are just plan down rude with horrible customer service! Never again will I purchcase anything from any of the stores!

I would advise everyone to steer clear of this store, dreadful customer service, wrong furniture delivered. No one calls back, every excuse under the sun, eventually got a repair done after mentioning the word "lawyer". Even then, it took months to sort out, never again will I visit this store, frustrating to say the least.

Bought a dining room set here. The wuality and style is really nice and the price not bad either. Service was good.
